As Donald Trump continues to make headlines following the second sack from office by the US house of representatives, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin has publicly supported a petition to have him removed from Home Alone 2: Lost In New York.
It should be known that the outgoing president made a quick appearance in the Home Alone sequel, Lost In New York, appearing in his hotel, and telling Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) how to find the lobby.
However, fans of the most popular film is saying that the President should have his appearance edited out of the film, due to his recent actions and the Capitol riots on 6th January 2021 in which a mob of Trump’s supporters attempted to overturn his defeat after Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election.
One Home Alone fan tweeted: “Petition to digitally replace trump in ‘home alone 2’ with 40-year-old macaulay culkin.”
Macaulay, 40, simply replied: “Sold.”

Another Twitter user wasted no time and shared his edit of the famous scene. Though it does not feature 40-year-old Culkin, the fan has managed to digitally remove Trump from the scene.
