Argentinian football icon Diego Maradona passes away following a heart attack on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. multiple media houses confirm the news.
This comes after the BBC reported that the Argentine football legend was scheduled to start treatment for alcohol dependency. Earlier in November, he also had a blood clot removed from his brain.
The Argentine Football Association also confirmed the news through it twitter page, in its tweet;
