Coinbox Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Officer with outstanding administrative and marketing skills.
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
● Developing job description, sourcing for candidates using various mediums, and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
● Data analysis and strategic research as it relates to finding strong candidates for our open job postings
● Responsible for recruiting, training and management of employees
● Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation, and benefits
● Creating/designing hiring and training plans
● Administration of human resources policies and procedures
● Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
● Provide advisory services to all employees on policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries
● Handle all HR documentation and maintain an efficient filing system
● Retain, expand and strengthen client relationships
● Build contacts with potential clients and sourcing for new business opportunities
● Prepare and deliver client proposals.
● Developing strategies for building a talent network/talent community.

Requirement:
● Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Account Manager in the HR Consulting space
● BSc in Human Resources, rules or relevant field
● Professional qualification or certification is an added advantage (e.g CIPM)
● Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
● Ability to negotiate contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals
● Excellent marketing skills
● Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
● Proficient in MS Office
● Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
● Strong ethics and reliability
