Nigeria’s coronavirus cases topped 873 on Thursday after rising by 91 new confirmed cases, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) data.
The agencies through its twitter update also disclose that the country has also recorded three death, adding to the initial twenty-five previous death announced.
Out of the 91 cases, Lagos has the largest number with 74 cases followed by Katsina with 5 new cases, Ogun with 4 new cases, Delta and Edo state has 2 each while Kwara, Oyo, FCT, Adamawa recorded 1 each.
Lagos state is presently responsible for over 500 of the 873 cases of Coronavirus in the country.
Not only is the case increasing, but Nigeria has also seen a decrease in patient’s recovery as no case of patient discharged or cure of the virus as of Thursday, 22nd April.
