Fc Barcelona has brandished it’s weapon of footballers in preparation to face Spanish rivals Read Madrid at Camp Nou, Saturday.
The Spanish giants which is recovering from a very bad season is rebuilding it’s team, having offloaded some of their aged players, replacing them with younger footballers like Sergino Dest, Pedri, Trincao, Araujo etc.
Barcelona failed to beat Real Madrid in both clashes last season, luckily escaping with a draw at Camp Nou and sadly losing at the Santiago Bernabou by two goals.
The loss of other key matches eventually led them to the relinquishing of the much coveted La Liga title which was almost at their grasp.
Fc Barcelona started the season impressively with a 4-0 win over Villarreal, extending the winning streak to Celta Vigo but unfortunately stopped by Sevilla who forced them to a 1-1 draw at Camp Nou. The hopes of reviving again were squashed by Getafe’s 1-0 win. Saturday’s game with Real Madrid will be a very tough encounter for Barca as both clubs battle to earn more points to create a gap between them in the race for the La Liga title.
