Kobe Bryant, former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star, recently passed on after he was involved in a helicopter crash in Calabasas. According to reports.
The LA Lakers NBA legend was traveling in his private helicopter with four other people in his private helicopter when it crashed, killing everyone on board. TMZ claims.Â
The Los Angeles County Sheriff, on Twitter, stated, that five people died in a helicopter crash, which was called in just after 10 am in Calabasas, and that there were no survivors.Â

Bryant was known to use a helicopter for travel dating to his days as a star player for the Los Angeles Lakers when he commuted to games in a Sikorsky S-76 chopper, TMZ said.
Bryant up until his demise, was the winner of 5 NBA championships and 18 All-Star titles before he retired in 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Vanessa and their four daughters namely Gianna, Natalia and Bianca and their newborn daughter, Capri.
The cause of the crash is still unknown, as the investigation is ongoing. Witnesses have reported heard the helicopter’s engine sputtering before it went down. It is unclear where the chopper departed from or where it was headed.
