A Zimbabwe woman, Thelma Ndlovuby by name has approached the court to dissolve an issue she has with her neighbor who she was owning but offered to have sex with the man for three days, reports Iharare
According to her, she offered 3 days se_xual services to her neighbor Menzi Masuku so he could write off her debt of NGN 16,600.
However, Masuku continued harassing her even after agreeing with the idea of having s_x with the woman for three days.
She approached the courts seeking a peace order against Masuku claiming he was now disturbing her peace by coming to her house while threatening to kill her.
“I don’t want Menzi Masuku who is my neighbor to come to my place because whenever he comes, he insults me with vulgar language. He also threatens to kill me and my boyfriend,” pleaded Ndlovu.
Masuku told the court that he was not harassing or threatening to kill her but both of them are in a romantic relationship
“I dispute everything that she said. We have been in a relationship and she borrowed my bag worth 850 rands while going to her rural home where she later lost it. We then talked about the issue and she promised to pay me 850 rands.
“When I confronted her over the money in question that is when she started threatening me saying she will fix me by going to court. The issue is about money and nothing else.
In responding to the claim, Ndlovu denied being in a relationship and said they had just hooked up to settle her debt.
The court, however, dismisses her application saying that she was trying to use the courts to settle her scores and to evade paying off the debt.
