Barcelona star player Lionel Messi has officially broken brazilian football Legend O’Rei Pele’s record of the highest goals scored for a single club in history.
The Argentine achieved the feat on Tuesday night against Real Valladolid on the 61st minute assisted by Pedri Gonzalez. Messi has officially set a new record in the world of club football, exceeding the former Brazilian football star Pele, who created the astonishing record for most goals by a player with 643 goals for his club Sao Paulo.

Messi, 33, has now made 749 appearances for Fc Barcelona, scoring a total of 644 goals.
After setting the new record Messi revealed that he never expected in his life to surpass the history set by a player like Pele.
