Marvel announces Black Panther 2, Spider-Man 3, Captain Marvel 2, and release dates

Marvel has on Monday, reveal the official title and release date for the highly-anticipated “Black Panther” sequel and Captain Marvel 2 in a mega trailer celebrating Marvel movies

The Wakanda lovers will have to wait a little bit to watch the 2018 highly-anticipated film that starring the late Chadwick Boseman which is set to be released July 8, 2022, and is titled “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”

The Black Panther sequel will be called Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige announced in December that the film would not recast Boseman’s T’Challa character in its next installment.

Captain Marvel 2 is now known as The Marvels and will come to cinemas on November 11, 2022. Spider-Man 3, which will be called No Way Home, will be released on December 17 this year.

Eternals which stars Salma Hayek, Richard Madden, and Angelina Jolie, will come out on November 5 this year, while Doctor Strange: In The Multiverse of Madness is out March 25.

The end of the trailer featured the official titles and release dates for other upcoming Marvel movies including “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” (Sept. 3) and “Thor: Love and Thunder” (May 6, 2022).

We’ll have to wait until February 17 2024 for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Auantumania. May 5 of that year will see the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.

The trailer showed footage of previous Marvel films to remind viewers of how much fun the cinema used to be.

There are also teaser clips of Black Widow, which we’ll see in September. The three-minute-long trailer ended with the words: “See you and the movies.”
