Nigeria on Sunday reported 838 new COVID-19 cases taking the total tally to 84,414. According to the data released by the Nigeria center for disease control (NCDC), The new cases where record in 16 states including the federal capital territory, Abuja,
The update also show that nine(9) death where recording, while 539 petient was discharge.
Abuja, leads in the list with 297 new cases, followed by lagos with 253 new cases, 82 were also recording in plateau state and 57 in Kaduna.
Other states on the list include Katsina(32), Nasarawa(31), Kano(25), Gombe(24). Oyo and Rivers account for Eight cases each following by Zamfara with Seven cases.
Four new cases each in Ogun, Bauchi, Edo, while Anambra and Sokoto registered one case each. The total number of Active cases in Nigeria now stands at 12126.
