Nicki Minaj shares her birth-giving admits breastfeeding Is ‘Very Painful’

Nicki Minaj is opening up about her new normal after giving birth and going through breastfeeding, three months since she delivered her first son.

The rapper, on wednesday took to Twitter to do a fan Q+A , relating to her birthing story and motherhood.

Speaking about the night her waters broke, she answered a question about whether she was at home, simply by saying, “Yes. I was butt naked. Just got out the shower and I asked him [Kenneth] to rub my back.”

“As soon as I started scooting over to him in the bed I just felt the water start coming out,’ she continued. “I was weirdly calm and I quietly said, ‘omg, I’m about to be in labour’. ‘He was very scared & I was laughing @ him.”

Another question her fans ask was “How was your first time breastfeeding Papa Bear?, however, the hitmaker respond; “He had no problem breastfeeding. He latched on in the hospital which was very surprising to me.

“I was afraid maybe he wouldn’t. But breast feeding is very painful. Pumping is too. Women make this stuff look way too easy. Moms r really superheroes.”

As more questions continued to flood in, she was also asked about the birth itself, and was happy to give details to her fans.

She said; She added: “Yes, natural vaginal birth w/epidural. I pushed for 2 1/2 hours. Only b/c first the epidural didn’t wear off enough for me to feel myself pushing. Once I was able to feel the pain I pushed im on out. (sic).”

“Well I was actually in labour all night but all they did was let me sleep until I dilated far enough to push.”

“The epidural didn’t hurt either. They numbed me up real good. So I took my a** right to sleep.”

Nicki welcome the baby with husband Kenneth Petty back in September.
