Pete Davidson landed a role in James DeMonaco’s upcoming horror film ‘The Home’

Pete Davidson has secured a significant role in James DeMonaco’s upcoming horror thriller The Home, according to Deadline.

Davidson will play Max, a disturbed young man who obtains a job working at a retirement home. He quickly realizes that both the residents and their caretakers are hiding some deadly secrets. During his investigations, he learns more about his own experience as a foster child.

While Miramax’s Bill Block and Sébastien K. Lemercier will act as producers, DeMonaco will co-write the script with Adam Canto.

“We’re excited to be backing DeMonaco’s brilliant vision,” Block said.

“James’ The Purge horror franchise has generated more than $450 million at the worldwide film office.” he added

He went on to claim that the pairing of DeMonaco’s “masterful storytelling abilities” and Davidson’s “versatility as an actor” will “leave viewers everywhere on the edge of their seats.”
