Production on the new Star Wars Disney+ series Ahsoka begins

The Disney+Star Wars series, Ahsoka, is already in production! The news was shared on Twitter with a set shot. The image has the show’s logo on a chair with writer and executive producer Dave Filoni in a black cowboy hat.

They are Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson), Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo), Ray Stevenson, and Ivanna Sakhno. The lack of information doesn’t make the series any less intriguing. Fans have been clamoring for an Ahsoka series since the 2020 episode of The Mandalorian, “The Child,” in which Ahsoka made her live-action debut.

Peter Ramsey will direct one episode. Peter Ramsey is also directing Blood Count, a film noir vampire thriller based on his father’s jazz piano career. He’ll also direct Love in Vain, a Robert Johnson biopic. Obi-Wan Kenobi will launch on Disney+ on May 27, 2022.
