American rapper “The Game” has unveiled a new face tattoo as a tribute to the legendary NBA star Kobe Bryant, who tragically died in a helicopter crash along with his daughter last month.
The former G unit Super Star took to his Instagram on Wednesday to share the picture of the new ink, which features Kobe Bryant’s autograph behind a sideways number eight, symbolizing Kobe’s former jersey number.
This isn’t the first tribute he has paid for Bryant, However, on his recent tour the rapper has taken to the stage donning Kobe’s jersey, TMZ report he had also planned a song in his memory.
“I’m heartbroken….. hurt,” it read “this is truly a sad day for Los Angeles, the game of basketball & the entire world. My heart is with Vanessa, those beautiful baby girls & the immediate family.”
“Kobe, man….. thank you for everything over the years, especially the advice, short talks with my boys & all that you’ve contributed. I love you brother, you & GiGi rest well together,” the post he posted when the news of Bryant’s death Broke.
