Popular Nigerian content creator Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has reportedly received the documents for a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja promised to him by billionaire businessman King Ochacho.
The property gift comes amid the excitement surrounding Peller’s highly anticipated wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis, whose real name is Elizabeth Aminata.
King Ochacho had reportedly made the promise during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding celebrations, adding another major gift to the growing list of surprises surrounding the couple’s marriage.
The TikTok star has now reportedly received the documents for the Abuja property, marking a major step toward taking possession of the luxury mansion.
Peller’s wedding has attracted considerable attention online, with celebrities, businessmen and fans joining the celebrations and offering various gifts and financial support to the young creator.
The couple recently announced August 1, 2026, as the date for their white wedding.
Ahead of the ceremony, Peller has also revealed several other gifts. He and Jarvis were reportedly gifted a plot of land in Abuja valued at about ₦150 million by Promiseland Estate. Peller said the couple could eventually relocate to Abuja and live in Gulf City.
Celebrity businessman Cubana Chief Priest also pledged ₦10 million toward the wedding after Peller personally delivered his wedding invitation and aso ebi.
Peller has continued to share glimpses of the wedding preparations with his followers, including the 12 cows reportedly received as gifts from friends and supporters.
The reported ₦400 million mansion from King Ochacho now adds another major milestone to what has become one of Nigeria’s most talked-about influencer weddings.
