EndSARS: Order soldiers to stop shooting at protesters, Obasanjo tells Buhari

Former Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo, like other prominent Nigerians has lent his voice on issues surrounding the ongoing EndSARS protest which has already turned violent across the country.

While reacting to the incident at the Lekki tollgate, Obasanjo called on President Muhammadu Buhari to stop soldiers from shooting at protesters.

He urges Buhari to “restrain the military and other security agencies from using brute force as a way of ending the crisis.”

However, since yesterday’s incident, videos of security forces shooting directly at the protesters have been making rounds on the internet as more violate heat up across the states of the federation.
