Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Assaulting Former Assistant

Kanye West is facing serious allegations after his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, accused the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to recently filed court documents.

The legal filing, obtained by the New York Post, details Pisciotta’s account of events that allegedly occurred before she worked for West from 2021 through 2022. According to Pisciotta, the incident took place during a party at a Santa Monica music studio, where West told guests they had to drink or leave. After taking a few sips of a drink, Pisciotta said she began to feel disoriented and fell into an impaired state, unable to recall the rest of the evening.

She described waking up feeling “ashamed and embarrassed” and, later, West allegedly told her they had “hooked up” during the party. Pisciotta stated that the trauma from that night left her unable to speak about the incident for years.

These allegations are part of an ongoing lawsuit Pisciotta filed against West in June, which includes claims of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. She previously accused the rapper of sending her non-consensual sexual texts and videos, and of firing her shortly thereafter. West’s legal team has dismissed the lawsuit as “baseless,” claiming Pisciotta had been blackmailing him.

Singer-songwriter Niykee Heaton also recently accused both West and Combs of sexual assault, further supporting Pisciotta’s account. Heaton claims to have witnessed the assault on Pisciotta the night of the party and has spoken out via Instagram Live.

As of now, West has not publicly responded to the latest allegations. He is reportedly living in Tokyo, working on a new album while maintaining a low profile.
