Popular Nigerian Reality Star, Natacha Akide popularly addressed as Tacha, has taken a stand against attaching too much importance to marriage claiming that it isn’t a big deal.
The Ex BbNaija pepper dem gang housemate shared her ideals on her Instagram story dissuading her followers from seeing the walk down the aisle as the ultimate achievement in one’s life. She claimed that the narrative that entails women ought to obtain a marital status to be seen as successful is wrong and should be eliminated.
According to Tacha, there is more to life than putting the need to get married first.
Furthermore, Tacha described marriage as a union merely involving “Rings and Two Adults” and not a do or die affair, she called on fellow ladies not to allow themselves to be brainwashed anymore by such wrong social notions.
