Nigerian Air Force Strikes Boko Haram Camps in Borno, Neutralizing Insurgents

The Nigerian Air Force, under the Air Component of Operation Hadin Kai, has launched precision airstrikes against Boko Haram insurgents in Borno State, eliminating multiple terrorists in the process. The operation targeted hideouts in Degbewa and Chikide, both in the Gwoza Local Government Area, following intelligence reports of a mass gathering of high-profile militants.

According to reliable military sources, the air interdiction, carried out around 8 PM on Tuesday, specifically struck camps under the command of Ali Ngulde, a notorious Boko Haram leader. While the exact number of casualties remains undisclosed, several terrorists were confirmed killed, with others sustaining injuries.

Efforts to obtain further details from the spokesperson for Operation Hadin Kai, Lt. Col. Jingina, were unsuccessful as calls to his line went unanswered.
